Great Workout!
I have been going to iLoveKickboxing in Oyster Bay since March of 2013 and don't even bother going to the gym anymore. Since then I noticed I have more energy and strength. I can now do excercises I never thought I would be able to do. I have dropped a few pant sizes and my arms are starting to look nice and tone. This is the most fun I have ever had working out and the instructors are awesome. I would recommend anyone to come give it a try!
